Solo Aging Solutions, LLC (SAS) provides its clients with qualified agents who act as informed health care decision makers based on a protocol designed to ensure the healthcare desires of SAS clients will be known and honored when clients no longer can advocate for themselves.

 

Meet Our Founders

Ken Kossoff is an Estate Planning attorney with over 30 years of experience specializing in Elder Law and Trusts.

Katie Wiltfong is a Medical Social Worker with 10 years of experience assisting retirees and agers of all types with their healthcare-related needs.

Ken and Katie have worked together serving Southern California since 2015. After becoming involved with the Solo Aging community, they realized the need for professional healthcare decision makers and founded Solo Aging Solutions, LLC.

How It Works

Schedule your Complimentary Consultation to determine if Solo Aging Solutions is a good fit for your needs. Once you sign up, you’ll be assigned a personal Healthcare Agent (HCA) who will begin by conducting an in-home assessment of your needs and medical history.

Doctor's Visits

Your HCA will accompany you to one doctor’s visit per year (or more if necessary).

Plan Ahead

SAS will assist you in preparation of your Advance Healthcare Directive or coordinate with your attorney and/or financial representative to keep your directive updated.

Communication

You and your HCA will communicate regularly to ensure SAS is updated on your healthcare needs and wishes.

On-Call 24/7

Your HCA will be on-call 24/7 to assist with healthcare decision making whenever the need may arise.
